Work. This word can either excite you or dull you down instantly. It’s mostly later than the former. Because we all know how weekends, vacations or anything where we don’t need to work relaxes us instantly.
So what is it that brings this emotion up.
Of many things one is we have this constant thought that we are working for someone else. It pays your bills but yes ..

While working hard on a job is promoted and appreciated it’s important to shift attention on working on yourself.
Simply because the more you work on yourself, things actually become easier and you will begin to experience relaxation even while at work.
So what does it take??
Let’s shift our attention to mindfulness

Exercise: Yes you heard right. Run, practice yoga, do pilates, jumps, play a sport whatever form of exercise you like. But do it! Because your body needs this work more than anything or anyone else. Keep yourself in the best of shape.

Learn: From the best. Besides skills we also need to acquire knowledge. There is a sea of powerful learnings that have the ability to change the course of our lives. Access and learn from those who excelled. Listen to the best and that’s some outstanding self work

Focus: Every day. What’s your purpose? What’s driving you? Bills are a part of life but surely that should not be a reason to get out of the bed. If you focus you will connect with yourself and bring the best out of yourself!

Before working for anything everyday take time to work on yourself.
