About Simmi
I am Dr Simmi Roy Mishra, a Medical Doctor and a certified Mindset Coach. As a doctor I have been focused on physical and mental health of women for nearly two decades. It was during my life journey, navigating through multiple changes in roles and places that I experienced challenges both in personal and professional life. The various phases of transition from a budding doctor to bride, from a career focussed individual to a mother and an ambitious woman who wanted excel in life and work,I found myself caught in web of un ending stress. And though there was no physical illness something did not feel right. I wanted to be heard.
I needed someone to partner with to chart my way forward. But I found none. So I turned my pain into power by completing my certification in mindset coaching that would help me empower women around me.I am deeply grateful for my journey so far.

What is difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy is designed to address psychological issues. It explores the past situations that are affecting the present. The process is driven by the client.

What are benefits of partnering with a life coach?

What is a coaching session like?
Coaching session is a one on one conversation for around 45 to 60 minutes. The coach listens in for most of time while the client is speaking, reflecting and exploring issues of personal or professional life. There can be a single or multiple session depending on contract
